New Tottenham Hotspur boss Nuno Espirito Santo has reportedly been assured that Harry Kane will not be leaving the club this summer.
Harry Kane, 27-year-old is keen to seek new pastures in the current transfer market, and a number of notable clubs, such as Manchester City and Manchester United, continue to be credited with an interest.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the new Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santos has been told that the club have no intention of allowing the England captain to leave ahead of their 2021-22 campaign.
The report claims that the Portuguese should be planning with Harry Kane in his team next season, with the London base club’s chairman Daniel Levy set to resist offers.
Man City are believed to be prepared to pay a fee in the region of £100m for the centre-forward, but Levy is thought to value the club’s star player in excess of £150m.
However, it now appears that only an extraordinary offer will spark a change of heart from Tottenham with the club determined for Kane to lead the team forward under Nuno Santos.
