Transfer Rumours: Arsenal are reportedly set to increase their offer for Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga in the coming days
The 21-year-old has become a first-team regular over the past two seasons for the Belgian giants since breaking into the senior side in 2017.
Mikel Arteta is keen to bring in a new midfielder this summer and has already missed out on the signing of Emiliano Buendia, who has joined Aston Villa, while Martin Odegaard is set to stay at Real Madrid next season according to reports.

According to Belgian news outlet Nieuwsblad, Arsenal are preparing an improved bid for Albert Sambi Lokonga worth around £14m with £3m in add-ons.
However, reports suggest that Anderletch wants nothing less than £20m for the midfielder [Albert Sambi Lokonga].
The report also claims that the player has ‘agreed terms’ to join the Gunners this summer, but unless a transfer fee can be agreed, then the midfielder may stay put in Belgium.

Albert Sambi Lokonga made 27 league appearances for Anderlecht during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
