Manchester United co-chairman Joel Glazer attended a fans’ forum on Friday and discussed various issues with supporters.
Manchester United co-chairman Joel Glazer has promised to continue backing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the transfer market this summer.
The Manchester United co-chairman was making his first appearance on a fans’ forum in the 16 years his family has owned the club, having vowed to improve communication in the wake of the European Super League (ESL) proposals.

Glazer spoke to supporters at a fans’ forum meeting on Friday and also promised “significant” investment in facilities at Old Trafford as well as the club’s training ground at Carrington.
Joel Glazer: “Our goal is to win every competition we compete in, and we will continue to invest in our Academy and in the transfer market to support the manager in an effort to meet the club’s goals.”
Joel Glazer: “As a club we have devoted a lot of time and resources over the last several years updating and further developing our vast global scouting network to adapt to the modern football environment.“

Joel Glazer: “This is a project that should provide a foundation for long-term success in the years to come.”
Joel Glazer: “Old Trafford is at the heart of Manchester United FC and while we have spent over £100m over the last 10 years on infrastructure projects, we will now accelerate the process of planning much more significant investment and upgrades to the stadium.”
