PWD “Die Hard fan” Yuh Emmanuel makes huge material donation to PWD as the Abakwa Boys near return to action
A die hard fan of PWD Social football Club of Bamenda, Mr. Yuh Emmanuel, has handed a huge consignment of material to the Abakwa Boys. This is part of the global Support that the Cameroon Elite One Champions have received, since they suffered a fire accident on March 19, 2021, on their way to Yaounde.
The Abakwa Boys suffered huge material damages, with their team bus, and other materials such as jerseys, and balls, reduced to ashes.

But now, Mr. Yuh Emmanuel, and PWD die hard based in the United States of America, has handed 30 pairs of boots, 15 balls, a new set of jerseys, and beeps, to the team. The materials were handed to the team on Thursday morning at the Jua Hotel in Bamenda by Madame Jane Francis on behalf of Mr Yuh Emmanuel.

Representing the donor, was his sister, Jane Francis.
“My brother saw on TV, what happened to his favorite team. He has been watching some of your matches, so he decided to give his own little Support to the team. He has promised that next time when he is in Cameroon, he will do everything possible to watch one of your watches live”. Jane Francis said while handling over the material to PWD’s captain, Burinyuy Derrick Laiver.
PWD’s vice president, Maître Njoya Joseph described the gesture as moral boaster, especially at a time when PWD is preparing to get back to action this weekend.
